Anand Janefalkar is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of UJET.
Driven by a passion for better business results through more natural communication, he started UJET to modernize the Contact Center by addressing long-standing design flaws and conventional thinking that have failed to evolve in parallel with changing human interaction landscape.
Anand has extensive experience with personal mobility and consumer communications, having served in key roles at both Motorola and Jawbone, and as an advisor for several technology businesses in the Bay Area. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Mumbai University and a Master of Science in Telecommunications from Southern Methodist University.
As UJET’s Chief Operating Officer, Vasili Triant oversees all Go To Market activities including Sales, Channel, Alliances, and Customer Success. Triant brings more than 20 years of experience in Telecoms, Unified Communications (UC), and Contact Center industries, having previously served as VP/GM of Contact Center at Cisco, where he achieved the fastest growth in over a decade through a focus on global alliances and enterprise cloud-readiness.
Triant has also held executive-level roles at companies like ShoreTel, LiveOps, and Serenova, where he served as CEO, leading the company through a significant phase of growth and recognition
Jeff Nichols brings more than 15 years of experience and financial expertise to his role as Chief Financial Officer at UJET where he oversees UJET’s financial initiatives, strategy, performance, and growth. Previously, Nichols served as Senior Vice President and Head of Finance at Glassdoor where he helped the company manage their accelerated growth and $1.2 billion dollar acquisition by Recruit Holdings. Prior to Glassdoor, Nichols held key roles at RPX Corporation, The Walt Disney Corporation, and KPMG.
He holds a degree in Business from California Polytechnic State University.
As Chief Revenue Officer, John Lynch leads all revenue-related activities, tasked with continuing the rapid adoption and growth of UJET’s ultra-modern cloud contact center platform to transform CX for the Smartphone era.
He is a proven leader with more than 20 years of experience building and growing enterprise software organizations, resulting in more than $5 billion in corporate value creation. As CEO of Serenova, he led the company through a successful merger with Lifesize, having previously managed the global sales team to record-breaking results in the CCaaS market.
Lynch has also held key executive positions at Vendavo, Mattersight Corporation (acquired by Nice/inContact), Nuance Communications, NexPrise and Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC).
Karen Bowman brings more than 20 years of channel and sales experience to UJET. She has focused on scaling the channel partner ecosystems and cloud contact center solutions through new partnerships and strategic alliances. She has seen firsthand how growing the channel can have an overwhelming effect on not just business growth but ushering in market-wide transformation.
As UJET’s VP of Customer Success, Kristin King is focused on driving customer retention, platform adoption and revenue expansion within UJET’s customer base. The Customer Success organization collaborates and advocates on behalf of the customer to drive an exceptional experience beginning at customer onboarding, carrying through major milestones in the customer’s UJET journey.
In her more than 25 years of experience Kristin has consistently driven growth and profitability across multiple sales channels while always embodying a customer 1st strategy. Kristin joins UJET after a 21 year tenure at Windstream Communications where she served in key leadership roles in both Sales and Customer Success.
Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications with an emphasis in Management from Michigan State University.
As Vice President of Marketing, Baker Johnson is focused on driving corporate growth by evangelizing how UJET’s ultra-modern, customer-and-user-centric approach to CX is radically disrupting the Contact Center ecosystem. He brings more than 15 years of leadership experience to the role driving branding and data-driven strategy transformations to fuel SaaS growth. He joins UJET having most recently served as Chief of Staff for Cisco Contact Center, and previously in marketing leadership roles with CafeX and Serenova.
He holds a degree in Marketing and Business Economics from Louisiana State University.
As Vice President of Legal and Strategic Operations, Kyoungjoo Kim manages the legal, compliance, and HR functions at UJET, ensuring his team supports all cross-functional stakeholders. Prior to UJET, Kyoungjoo managed the legal department at Trion Worlds, where he joined the company shortly after it launched its first title and was with them through the time their portfolio grew to six first-party and third-party titles. Prior to that, he was in private practice working with clients in the entertainment and media industry.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from U.C. Davis and a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
At UJET, Joerg Habermeier is focused on providing an ultra-modern customer support solution via a flexible SaaS platform. Joerg has more than 20 years of experience directing, designing, implementing, and launching products and features for companies such as Facebook, Pypestream, and StrongView.
He holds a Masters of Environmental Science and Management from Yale University and a Masters of Water Resources Systems Engineering from Tufts University.
Dave Bullock brings over 20 years of experience as a full-stack software engineer, architect, and leader to his role as Vice President of Engineering at UJET. He leads a team focused on building intuitive and interactive systems that increase usability, reliability, and efficiency. Prior to UJET, he served as VP of Engineering and Operations at Wag! Labs and as a Lead Architect at GoFundMe.
