The Certified Delivery Partner Program is an on-demand training experience for Google Partners selling and implementing the Google CCAI Platform.
This program is led by UJET implementation and platform experts and is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to successfully sell and deliver CCaaS platform implementation services to customers.
Who is This Program For?
The Certified Delivery Partner program is specifically for Google Partners selling and implementing the Google CCAI Platform. You must have an existing partner agreement with Google CCAIP to be eligible for this program.

Certification Requirements:
This on-demand program includes a combination of tutorials, platform demos, knowledge checks, assessments, and more. Learners must complete all of the knowledge checks and assessment questions with a score of 80% or higher to be eligible for certification.
