UJET scored highly in Usability and earned the highest Satisfaction score in its respective categories. But what sets us apart are the 71 badges UJET earned from G2 in the Spring 2023 Report along with a new addition - the Users Love Us badge.
UJET Named Easiest to Use in Three Categories
UJET earned its Leader status by receiving more than 800 positive reviews with an overall score of 4.7 out of 5 from verified users compared to similar products in three categories; Contact Center Software, Call Center Infrastructure, and Live Chat Software, all of which needing 10 or more reviews to be included in G2 reports.
Of these 71 badges, UJET ranked #1 of the Top 20 Easiest to Use across all three respective categories with a Usability Score of 9.5 (Contact Center Software), 9.5 (Call Center Infrastructure) and 9.6 (Live Chat Software). UJET had also achieved the highest cumulative G2 Score in All Segments including Small Business, Mid-Market and Enterprise level solutions within each category respectively which contributed towards its User Love Us badge – collected after having 20 or more reviews rated at 4.0 or above on average.
