
UJET Appoints Vasili Triant as New CEO, Signaling Next Phase of Growth and Market Disruption
Founding CEO Anand Janefalkar Named UJET’s Chairman of the Board and Chief Evangelist
SAN FRANCISCO – April 29, 2025 – UJET, Inc., a leading provider of AI-powered cloud contact center solutions, has named Vasili Triant CEO. As part of this strategic leadership change, founding CEO Anand Janefalkar will transition to Chairman of the Board and Chief Evangelist. The shift signals UJET’s next phase of growth, which focuses on scaling its direct business, leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) in the CCaaS space, and providing a seamless Customer Experience (CX) for all.

Vasili Triant joined UJET in 2020 as their Chief Business Officer. He then spent three years as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing all go-to-market activities including sales, channel, alliances and customer success before his promotion to Co-CEO in September 2024. Prior to UJET, Triant held key roles at Cisco, ShoreTel, LiveOps, and Serenova, where he served as CEO, leading the company through significant growth and recognition.
